Joseph S. Rizzello
Mr. Rizzello brings substantial industry experience and expertise to the rapidly-growing NewSquare Capital organization. He is instrumental in helping to build the RIA (Registed Investment Advisor) into a major investment management firm. He is recognized as an industry innovator and was prominent in the lead-up to the creation of exchange-traded funds (ETFs), a security type that is experiencing explosive growth today.
As NewSquare Capital’s Chairman, Mr. Rizzello caps a distinguished 40-year-plus career in financial services, including senior positions with top-tier organizations that include: CEO of the National Stock Exchange; co-founder of The Mind Capital Group, Philadelphia; President of Pershing Trading Company, Jersey City; a Principal in charge of Vanguard Brokerage Services, Malvern Pa; and Executive Vice President of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange.
He has been a board member of various financial industry associations and educational institutions, providing expert counsel, lectures, and thought leadership to many organizations around the world. He is highly regarded in the financial services industry as an authority on ETF’s, a senior advisor on market structure, marketing expert, new product innovator, and speaker/lecturer at numerous universities, and industry and trade events.
Ryan L. Kirk, CFA
Ryan is in charge of the day-to-day management of all NewSquare Portfolios. Additionally, as a NewSquare Portfolio Manager, he is directly responsible for the implementation of NewSquare’s RELATIVE STRENGTH and STRATEGIC Portfolios. He also works closely with the other Senior Portfolio Managers and the Director of Research supporting the daily management of all accounts. Other responsibilities include business development, new product development, education, and content communication. His efforts continue to be integral in the overall growth of NewSquare Capital.
Ryan has several years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining NewSquare Capital, he gained his initial experience at Aberdeen Asset Management. He holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Scranton. He has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia. Ryan also holds the Series 7 and 66 securities registrations.
Miguel L. Biamon
Senior Fixed Income Portfolio Manager
Miguel joins NewSquare Capital from Blue Bell Private Wealth Management, where he was a Senior Investment Advisor, Fixed Income Trader, and a Relationship Manager. Prior to joining Blue Bell, Miguel spent 13 years as the Director of Fixed Income Investments, a portfolio manager, and executed all fixed income trades in the Wealth Division at the Bryn Mawr Trust Company. He started his investment career at M&T Bank, where he served as Portfolio Manager, Fixed Income Trader, and Trust Investment Officer.
Miguel earned a Bachelor of Science degree from East Stroudsburg University. Miguel lives with his wife, Debbie, and their daughter, Margot, in Lower Gwynedd, Pennsylvania.
Director of Distribution
Steve brings over thirty years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. During that time he has held management positions in the retail and wholesale distribution area of the business.
Steve has spent the last two decades with Eaton Vance Distributors, where he helped grow their assets under management to over $350 billion.
Prior to that he was Managing Director at Main Line Investments, the Retail Brokerage division of Main Line Bank. Before Main Line, he was in Distribution for Colonial Penn, Wholesaling their Annuity product line across multiple market channels.
Steve received a BS in Marketing from Drexel University. He has two grown children, and in his spare time enjoys playing Golf and Music.
Christy L. Hart
Director of Operations & Client Relations
Christy Hart comes to NewSquare Capital with over 11 years of experience in financial services. As the Director of Operations & Client Relations, Christy is heavily involved in the the day to day operations of the firm. She collaborates with all departments ensuring business is well-coordinated, and initiatives are moving forward. Christy has created and implemented best practices to provide a high-quality service platform for both advisors and clients.
In her former role as a Client Experience Consultant at Creative Financial Group, Christy worked with high net worth clients and businesses tailoring each service plan to build and sustain strong client relationships. She was integral in many areas, including identifying and addressing client needs, connecting clients to thought leadership and events, and implementing firm-wide project management.
Christy is a graduate of West Chester University where she earned Bachelors of Science Degree in Elementary Education.
Matthew G. Wilson
Chief Compliance Officer
Matt Wilson is the Chief Compliance Officer of NewSquare Capital. He succeeds William R. Meck, who has recently retired as NewSquare CCO. Matt served as assistant CCO since the founding of NewSquare in 2010. He attended Pennsylvania State University and received a Bachelor of Science Degree (Finance) in 2000. Matt is responsible for the top-down design of all RIA-related compliance procedures and their implementation.
Joseph V. Del Raso
Partner | Pepper Hamilton, LLP
Joseph V. Del Raso is a partner in the Commercial Department of Pepper Hamilton LLP. Mr. Del Raso leads the firm’s Investment Management Practice Group and is chair of the firm’s Italian Desk and a practice leader for mutual funds of the firm’s Funds Services Practice Group. He is a past member of Pepper’s Executive Committee and currently serves as a director of Freeh Group International Solutions.
Mr. Del Raso started his legal career as an attorney/adviser in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Investment Management. He lectures frequently about investment company regulation and has appeared several times in Europe as a lecturer or moderator of legal programs regarding the offshore development and marketing of investment company products. He is the founding co-editor-in-chief of the Villanova Journal of Law and Investment Management.
Mr. Del Raso is chair emeritus of the board of trustees for the American University of Rome. He has been a member of the board of directors of The Justinian Foundation since 1996. He is also chairman of the board of the National Italian American Foundation, and is formerly NIAF’s President, Executive Vice President and General Counsel. He has served on NIAF’s board of directors since 1988. Mr. Del Raso is chair emeritus of the board of consultors of the Villanova School of Law. He is treasurer of the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia and has been active on its board of directors since 2003.
Mr. Del Raso has received numberous honors in his distinguished career. He received the Gerald Abraham Alumni Association Award for Service in May 2015 from the Villanova University School of Law. He was honored by Il Circolo at its Palm Beach Gala in March 2014. He received the Grande Ufficiale Ordine al Merito della Repubblica (July 2015) and was conferred the Order of Merit, honorary knighthood, by the Republic of Italy (June 2005). And, Mr. Del Raso received the undergraduate Alumni Association Award for Service from Villanova University in 1984.

Tom Dorsey co-founded Dorsey, Wright & Associates in 1987 and continues to serve as President. Mr. Dorsey is the author of Point & Figure Charting: The Essential Application for Forecasting and Tracking Market Prices, Thriving as a Broker in the 21st Century and Tom Dorsey’s Trading Tips: A Playbook for Stock Market Success.
He has been a regular guest on Fox’s “Cavuto on Business” and “Bulls & Bears” programs, and frequently speaks to audiences worldwide on topics related to the stock market, technical analysis, and Relative Strength investing.
Mr. Dorsey is a recipient of the Wharton School of Finance Securities Industry Association’s “Distinguished Speaker Award.” He was also named Alumni of the Year 2000 for Virginia Commonwealth University and was granted the Citizens Community Award from Governor Charles Robb.

Joseph V. Naselli, Sr.

Joseph V. Naselli, Sr. is a co-founder of CREATIVE. He started his career in sales working for IBM. In 1975, he realized that the vast changes taking place in the financial services market presented an opportunity that called for new approaches to the industry. His enthusiasm and experience led him to embrace this opportunity by starting CREATIVE. Through his leadership, CREATIVE emerged as one of the top agencies in the nation, becoming a regular recipient of industry awards for client and agent retention, overall service and dedication to the market. His accomplishments were honored with many of the industry’s top awards, including master agency and national management awards.
In addition to founding CREATIVE, Mr. Naselli has been instrumental in conceiving and implementing a number of leading-edge programs for the firm. His mentorship program has been nationally recognized as a model for delivering superior client service and creating career pathways for professionals. Likewise, CREATIVE targeted marketing programs have been hailed as a vital example of how service providers can strategically partner with clients.
Mr. Naselli is routinely tapped to speak before audiences of business owners, industry peers and the general public.
Mr. Naselli lives in Newtown Square with his wife and has three children and eleven grandchildren. His civic activities include the Special Olympics, the Variety Club and Cornerstone.
Gary E. Daniels

As a founding partner of CREATIVE, Gary E. Daniels forged one of the Nation’s most innovative and successful financial services organizations. His primary area of expertise is developing financial and business succession strategies for entrepreneurs with high net worth estates. In this capacity, his clients include some of the area’s leaders in the construction, manufacturing, wholesale distribution and food industries.
An attendee of West Chester University, Gary Daniels was a professional golfer prior to becoming a financial consultant. Early in his career, Mr. Daniels distinguished himself by becoming the youngest number one agent in the 120-year history of Travelers, an achievement he attained from 1985 to 1989. He has been honored with many of the industry’s top awards year after year.
A recognized authority on business succession planning, Mr. Daniels has addressed professional organizations such as the National Association of Manufacturers and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal and Fortune magazine.
Mr. Daniels is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Variety Club. In 1992, Gary and his partner, Joseph Naselli, Sr., established The Creative Financial Group Charitable Foundation, which contributed to organizations throughout the Delaware Valley.
Gary and his wife, Claire reside in Berwyn. They have 3 children and 11 grandchildren all of whom live in the area.
